Saturday Brunch Menu

Another favourite brunch option of mine is scrambled eggs with toast. It’s filling, wam, and oh so yummy. Couple it with fresh orange juice and you’re ready to live up the weekend.

SCRAMBLED EGGS AND TOAST WITH FRESH ORANGE JUICE (Serves 2)

Ingredients:

1) 5 eggs
2) 6 slices of white/brown bread
3) 6 oranges

Steps:

1) Crack the eggs and whip them up using a fork
2) Pour the eggs into a pan on low heat, and as they cook, use a wooden spoon to mash them together
3) Cook for a while but take them out before they get too dry
4) Toast the bread slices
5) Squeeze out the orange juice, and add sugar as you like
