Crispy Apple Chips

When I was young, I loved to eat apple chips which came packaged just like potato chips. The novelty was the refreshing natural sweetness of apples which was a nice variant to the typical potato chips. Crispy and sweet, they make a fantastic treat for the afternoon, for a snack to perk you up, or simply to accompany your English breakfast tea.

APPLE CHIPS (Makes 4 trays)
