Tip of the Week: 10 Reasons Why You Should Steam Your Food

Some of you may have realized that I am now trying my best to cook healthier, and over the past two weeks, have experimented with different steamed vegetables. (See my recipes on Steamed Carrots in Olive Oil & Oregano and French Beans & Carrots Salad.)

So last night when I was surfing the net, I came across this interesting article which highlights the benefits of steaming and I thought I’d share them with you : )
