Bananas are rich in potassium, are oh-so-yummy and naturally sweet, and always are a source of comfort food for me.
Yesterday I searched around the web for a banana cookie recipe, and found a great one on allrecipes.com. This is a fantastic recipe because you can use overripe bananas which go great in the cookie dough! I altered it a little because I didnt have all the ingredients, but it turned out fine as well. 🙂
